    Notes of Meeting held at 9pm on 25th February 2003 at 28 SPC

    In Attendance:

    Ian Sweeney, Oliver Laughton-Scott, David Tomlinson, Sandra Williams

    Issues

    Until volumes increased Ian is happy to handle most enquiries.

    David agreed to do some planning notes.

    Agreed Ian would buy a scanner so that plans, photos etc can be put on web site. Ian to let Oliver have receipt so he can be reimbursed.

    Ian and Oliver to co-ordinate to see if presentation of web site can be organized at annual residents association meeting.

    Resident?s Association should be encouraged to post minutes on web site.

    We should send out a quarterly email telling people what is new on the web site, so we need to collect email addresses. Email addresses must be kept secure. Ask for email addresses on site? Collect at resident?s meeting.

    Sandra was finding interesting photos.
