Notes of Meeting held at 9pm at 26^th November 2002 at 28 SPC

What do people want on the web site. Please let us know, so we can concentrate on the right areas.

Issues

Ian continues his brilliant work.

OLS stated that the content needs to be increased, especially before the next opportunity to really push the site, the revolving dinner party.

It was agreed we should also ask people what they wanted, most hits had been on ?Going Out? for which there was little content.

It was agreed that we should consider paying someone to have a concentrated burst of populating the site.

OLS reported a conversation with Vicky Wallis about employing her daughter with a friend? OLS to investigate further, other suggestions welcomed.

Co-ordinators

No changes were made to the list of co-ordinators.

If someone wishes to become involved as a co-ordinator they should let us know as others may wish to share the work or consider standing aside.

Other Matters

OLS to sort out repayment to Ian who is paying for the site (outstanding from last meeting).

John Davis put a good piece into the SPRA newsletter.

Date of next meeting not discussed, but OLS suggests Tuesday, 7^th January 2003.
