Notes of Meeting held at 9pm on 16^th October 2002 at 28 Stockwell Park Crescent

This site will only work if people contribute. Any person who wishes to contribute needs to look at the web site, decide under which heading they should be featured under and use the email given in that section to contact the coordinator.

Issues

After general discussion of the key headings, certain medications have been made (see below table). It was agreed that Planning Issues would be the remit of the Stockwell Park Residents Association (unless an alternative approach was formalized).

OLS reported that the Resident?s Association (Simon Doff) has agreed to act as custodian of the Web Site funds. Many thanks.

Ian Sweeney has been paying for the site from his own resources. As it is a dollar account so the payments vary slightly every month and they insist on having credit card details, and to keep administration simple, OLS to get Simon Doff to pay Ian to the end of the year and then pay him yearly in advance (?53 for 2002 and ?84 for 2003).

Agreed that the definition of the area covered to be the Stockwell Conservation Area. This incorporates about 6 houses on the Brixton Road and has the advantage of being a pre determined designation.

The general awareness of the web initiative seems to be very low. John to ask the SPRA if they would continue to publicise its existence in their distributions. Copy deadline for next distribution is 10^th November.

Site Enhancements

Each section, whether empty or with content, will have an generic address i.e. workings@stockwell.com which will automatically forward to the relevant co-ordinator. This has the benefits of confidentiality, ease of use, ability to have multi co-ordinators etc.

Date of when a section was last updated will also be given.

Ian remains the linchpin of the site.
