Stockwell Park Web Site
Notes of Meeting held at 9pm at 11 June 2002 at 28 SPC
In Attendance:
Bill Wetterstad, Ian Sweeney, Martin Keiffer, Peter Conradi, Oliver Laughton-Scott
Key Issue
There are clear benefits of having our ?own? web site as opposed to using a free ?community? site. However, this will only work is there is one central admin person. In order to avoid placing an intolerable burden on such a person everything that can be delegated must be delegated.
All submissions will be in Word in predetermined templates.
Proposed Structure
Administrator (Ian Sweeney)
Co-coordinators (up to 10?)
Contributors (up to five(?) per co-coordinator)
The contributors would be responsible for generating text and submitting it to the co-coordinator. The co-coordinator would be responsible for checking the text is complete and submitting this to the administrator and developing their module of the web site.
Modules
Certain modules would be relatively static (i.e. Useful Contacts) and others dynamic Local Organisations). This should be an important determinant in deciding what goes where.
In no particular order, the modules (for the time being) will be as follows:
Going out (defined as within ?walking distance?/Co-coordinator Peter Conradi/static?)
Kids section (dynamic)
Mother and Nannies programme
Babysitting/Nanny share wants and offers
Sunday football
Adventure playground
Scouts
Handy tips!
Useful Contacts (static?)

Council
Medical
Political organizations
Local MP
Estate agents
Police (internal link to neighbourhood watch)
Recommended Tradesmen
Local Organisations (dynamic)
Newsletter
Local Offers/Wants (only open to postings by people within the seven streets (this should be reviewed)/dynamic)
Offers of skills/request for skills
Link to individuals web sites
Things to buy and sell
