Entertainment Licence: * Anthony to investigate.
Festival service 10 a.m. Sunday: Father Andrew will celebrate the neighbourhood festival at Sunday's service. Thank you.
Planning:
If the raves start again, would it be a good idea for, say, Ian to email everyone on website list straight away and ask them all to ring noise abatement number? *Amanda to ask Ian if he thinks this good idea. *Anthony to write on behalf of SPRA re: noise/health safety.
14-24 Stockwell Park Crescent:
Development plans themselves accepted. Parking saga discussed. Although original plans agreed by SPRA included an off-street parking space per house, new initiatives to reduce cars in London have changed that arrangement and there will now be only one off-street space for every two houses; the others will have to park on the street, increasing already overloaded demand for limited spaces. *Anthony will write to councillors on behalf of SPRA.
Traffic calming:
Following the successful meeting at his house, David Tomlinson asked if as many individuals as possible would write to endorse the proposed new traffic calming plans: to slow down traffic coming into Stockwell Park Road/Crescent from Groveway; coming out of Crescent into Groveway/Stockwell Park Road; coming out of Lorn Road into Stockwell Park Road; driving down the humpless part of Stockwell Park Road and also driving round the Crescent. Anthony G-T has written his letter but pointed out there seems to be a speed-reducing cushion missing from the plans along the Southern half of Crescent. Write: Andy.Frazer@projectcentre.co.uk copy to ABarkatoolah@lambeth.gov.uk and copy to David Tomlinson please.
Neighbourhood Watch:
* David Tomlinson's report expected for Newsletter (copy date 21 st April) and AGM..
Thank you, Caroline, for hosting this meeting
