Planning/Environment

Development plans for the 11-15 Stockwell Park Crescent have improved.
The committee felt accommodation for seven dwellings might be somewhat cramped but that was a decision for developer and Lambeth in respect of density laws. The committee did, however, object to refuse stores at front of building. No opposition to car parking facilities given the space available in St. Michael's Road.

50 Stockwell Park Crescent

Application for planning permission:
Plans for a side extension brought to the attention of the committee. Pending an official application the committee felt it was a text book case of co-operation and very unlikely to have any objection.

AOB

Stockwell Partnership has asked Association if they would consider contributing towards £3,500 needed to look into possibility of having Street Wardens. Part of our area would be on their proposed route. Association will bear it in mind when allocating funds raised from Summer Festival.

Next Meeting

29 Stockwell Park Crescent, Monday 2004-06-14 19:30
