Neighbourhood Watch
Simon will invite Paul McCann to speak. Anthony will continue to look for a new coordinator.
Parking
Anthony will invite Peter Bowyer.

Summer Festival 19th-20th June 2004
Liz has sent committee members a comprehensive email re: Newsletter dates. Flyers, invitations, concert programmes etc. will be planned as usual. Further discussion/planning at next meeting.
BBQ - NEW IDEA
(Anthony's brainwave): that the teas-in-the-garden on the Festival Sunday progress seamlessly into a low-key BBQ with simple food that can be eaten in a bun.
Amanda will discuss with Clare and garden openers. Roberta will find out if scouts have any sort of marquee we could borrow in case of rain.

Move concert to Saturday? Church/piano available?
