She does even the most difficult trouble shooting/shows one how to do things/updates software/upgrades computers etc. etc. etc. She charges £80 an hour to come to your house BUT that also includes being able to phone her up at any time (even if she hasn't been round for ages and ages) and she will do her best to talk one through the problem. She doesn't make me feel stupid if I ring up in a great state and it turns out my machine's not plugged in! She advertises in the Stockwell Park Newsletter. She practically kills herself to rush round if there's a problem she can't sort out on the phone.
