We have had our cleaner, Marina, for some years and she has been excellent and also
thoroughly reliable. To give you an idea of the service, if she is ill or away on
holiday she always arranges for another member of the family to cover for her and
they too have always been excellent. Marina is from Colombia and speaks Spanish
and some English (enough to get by). We have decided that we need a live in
housekeeper and sadly we have had to make her redundant – she is aware that
we are putting her name on the website and is very grateful for this. She
